Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30 am-5:00 pm, and as needed.
May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Founded in 2015, The Way of the Rain, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, cultural, and educational purposes, including the specific purpose of developing, producing, and performing educational and artistic performances themed and designed to promote public awareness and support for the protection of our Earth.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will provide administrative support essential to The Way of the Rain organization, its Founder/President/Artistic Director, and Managing Director/Production Coordinator. This individual will provide executive-level assistance, including handling confidential information with discretion.
Location: The Way of the Rain office, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Specific Responsibilities:
Office Operation + Management: In working and communicating closely with the President and Managing Director/Production Coordinator, and The Way of the Rain Board Chair, this individual will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the organization’s administrative office and daily operations.
Executive Support: Assist President on a day-to-day basis, managing calendar (including timeline and key dates for upcoming productions), maintaining to-do list, scheduling of meetings, and composing memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence as directed.
File + Record Management: Responsible for management and maintenance of all files (both physical and electronic, including memos, organizational records, photographs, videos, etc.) Maintain shared drive of digital files that can be accessed remotely by TWOTR team.
Communications: Receive, route and manage all mail, both physical and electronic, ensuring that all communication is responded to in a timely manner. Work and communicate closely with Utah-based office of the President and Vice President to ensure for a solid base of support.
Handle sensitive, confidential information in a professional and discrete manner.
Skills and Key Characteristics:
Outstanding computer literacy skills
Clear and effective communicator
Ability to interact in a professional manner along with a commitment to creating a positive culture both in the office and throughout the organization
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience with theatrical production a plus, but not required
Experience with grant writing suggested
Keep information confidential as directed in the confidentiality agreement
Act as an ambassador of the organization and its principals
